Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@lightning.shop.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
